Graduated from the University of Parma, he obtained a Master in Tax Law and a Master of specialization from assessment to the tax process at the Ipsoa Training School. He has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2009. In 2011 he he joined the team of Armella & Associati law firm, of which he has become a partner since January 2020.

Fields of activity: customs litigation, tax law and international trade. Customs law expert, with particular reference to international trade techniques, he advises large companies and multinational companies with particular reference to the customs consultancy and planning sector, implementation of procedures related to international trade and AEO certifications.

He is the author of numerous articles and publications and collaborates with trade associations in seminar and congress activities.
